We were greeted by a friendly and attentive staff member named Mohamed who went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. He personally adjusted the air conditioning in our room and offered to help carry our bags up the stairs. He even took the time to share valuable information about the local area and Bosnian culture. The family room was perfect for us and the parking area had plenty of space. The hotel had a welcoming atmosphere and was conveniently located near the old town. The breakfast was delicious and the air conditioning worked well. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Mostar.
